Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing.

Our products are shipped either from our overseas warehouse with 6–12 business days tracked shipping, or—if the item is available in our Swedish warehouse—with 1–2 business days tracked delivery via Schenker.

You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.

If your order is shipped from our overseas warehouse, import duties and fees may apply.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you do not see the email, please remember to check your spam or junk folder.

VAT, CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

If your order is shipped from our overseas warehouse, customs duties and import fees may apply.

All prices are shown excluding VAT. Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other charges incurred when shipping from our warehouse in China are the responsibility of the customer.
